I also want to tell you how impressed I am with your facilities, your employees and your overall business there in Wichita. I visit a lot of Genie dealers primarily in the Midwest but also throughout the country and I can honestly say that your company is one of the most dedicated locations to providing an extremely high standard of customer service.
Your dedication to the Sale, Rental, Service and Training of our equipment is rarely matched by others! As we have spoken about on many occasions there are a lot of companies that sell and rent equipment but not all of them provide the excellent after sale care and follow up that you guys give your customers. An example of this is the Safety Training that you offer. In my opinion Safety Training is one of the most important values that a Genie dealer can provide to their customers and you are truly dedicated to this!

Gregg,
l just wanted to take a moment and thank you and your entire organization for all of your help. As you know, we were at the Spirit facility in Wichita for a 3 month relamp project which involved changing out approximately 100,000 fluorescent lamps. Thanks to your equipment availability and timeliness of delivery, we were able to finish this project two weeks ahead of
schedule. Your equipment was all in excellent mechanical condition (much of it fairly new) which also attributed to the project going very smoothly.
I especially would like to thank the following people personally:
Wes was invaluable in taking care of our many needs, especially with the 85’ boom (twice)! I had him jumping through many hoops and he managed to deliver every time.
Jim was a great help with the few service issues that we had.
Valerie was great in meeting our invoicing requirements.
Pam was very helpful and patient with us in meeting your requirements for us to be able to rent that much equipment from you at one time at one location.
Scott (and your other drivers) was also very helpful in his ability to get our equipment where it needed to be; on a site this big, that is no small feat.
